Im 14 and just tryna In Bout to lose 15 to 20 pounds. Was run in price every two days and I basketball practice on other days. I need to know just what to eat. Cani still lose weight by eating less? And what are the tips how long shud exericse stay motivated to walk every day, how many times per week?
